The amenities at 141 Longwater Drive contribute to a sense of community within our building and provide our tenants with the opportunity to get outside their individual work spaces on a regular basis —whether it’s grabbing lunch with a neighbor at the cafe or meeting with a friend for a quick lunchtime workout.

The 141 Longwater fitness center is an included tenant amenity with 24/7 access for all 141 Longwater tenants. This state-of-the-art fitness center includes:
- Weight racks
- Various cardio machines including treadmills and bikes
- Private workout space
- Personal training offered through 6S Institute
- Showers and locker room
- Fitness classes (coming soon!)
conference room & Blue lobby wifi lounge
The 141 conference room is centrally located at the building’s Blue Lobby entrance and is available for use by all tenants. With easy booking through Workspace, this area is the perfect place to host larger company conferences or smaller socially distanced meetings.

- Option for catering through 141 Longwater café
- Ample and spacious work space in the Blue Lobby WiFi Lounge (just outside conference room) – including tables, chairs and microwave available for tenant use
Golf simulator & game room
Located in the Blue Lobby, the 141 Golf Simulator and game room is available to book, starting Feb 3, 2023. The room includes:
- Uneeker EyeXO simulator
- Left and right-handed clubs for tenant use
- Shuffleboard game
- Smart TV
- Refrigerator & prep area
